Education Minister's Visit

The Education Minister, Michelle McIlveen came to visit.  The Minister, along with Mr Mc Burney and Mrs Mc Caffery toured the school and Early Years provision and discussed the accommodation needs of the school.  Later the Minister met with the pupils, teaching staff, support staff, PTA members and a parent representative to hear their views around the accommodation needs at the school.

Before the Ministers departure, pupils then presented the Minister with a beautiful butterfly garden, a bug hotel and a thank you card made by the pupils, to show their gratitude to the minister for taking time out of her busy schedule to come and visit our amazing school.  

Also a word of thanks goes to Ballymena Mayor Councillor McCaughey and the local MP's for their attendance during the Education Minister's visit.
